Some things are not to scale: The table is much smaller; the rectangles are not perfect size, for it seems that each one should about fit sideways into the next, giving the formula for the golden mean spyral. This includes the rectangle on the top of the pyramid: the floor under the table, and of course the table also.
The church door was also smaller.
